Outsourcing
We provide fixed term contractors for the period of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and more, up to client’s requirement. The skill set of the contractors which we provide are all skill sets. We will charge a specific rate for outsourcing service when we send the candidates’ profile to the clients which will depend on his/her skill, years of work experience.
Permanent Placement
1) Engagement Fee basis
This service will be provided exclusively to the clients who need to have time consuming processes. Our consultant team will spend 100% of time to focus on working by head-hunting and searching the targeted candidates from many channels to be able to send the short-listed candidates within specific time.
Fee’s payable for engagement will be first the flat rate as agreed by both parties of the fee paid on commencement, and the balance on the completion of total fee’s calculation.
